Product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
Incorrect item received or Item is received damaged. In such case we will need Pictures of the damaged goods, manufacturing codes located on the back of the bottle, shipping box(es), shipping label, and order number will be required to process your request. A picture of the damaged item sent to us via email info@thepalmspharmacy.com.
We do NOT accept returns of product purchased from other vendors.
Return by mail by calling
813-252-9063. You must confirm that you are shipping products back to us. We will process your refund once we receive the returned product. Shipping fees and arrangements for shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Please place items to be returned along with the invoice in the package with a note “these are items to be returned.”
